Copyright may subsist in original text, graphics, photographs, video, software and other materials published on affirmed.co and app.affirmed.co. Unless stated otherwise, qualifying materials are owned by Affirmed Agency Ltd or used under licence.

Client Materials, Client Deliverables and third-party materials are not claimed as Affirmed-owned merely because they appear on an Affirmed property. Contractual ownership and licence rules are contained in clauses 19 and 24 of the Affirmed Legal Framework.

Except as permitted by law or expressly authorised by Affirmed, no permission is granted to copy, adapt, redistribute, mirror or embed Affirmed-owned website materials, or use them for scraping, automated extraction or AI training.

Ordinary browsing, sharing publicly accessible links and ordinary search-engine indexing are permitted. Rights expressly granted under a Client agreement are unaffected.

Nothing in this Notice restricts any use permitted by applicable law, including applicable copyright exceptions and fair dealing.

Affirmed actively monitors for unauthorised use of its intellectual property and reserves the right to take legal action against infringement, including seeking damages and court orders to stop infringement.
